The games

Three projects, each with one clear idea at its centre. We prefer games that fit in a sentence and still have something to say after twenty hours.

Diplomatic strategy

Meridian Accord

Negotiate borders across a sinking archipelago, where every treaty you sign costs someone their coastline.

A turn-based strategy game about compromise rather than conquest. Trade fishing rights, mediate disputes between island councils and decide whose map survives the next tide.

Narrative mystery

The Quiet Ledger

A night-shift archivist audits a seaside town’s records and starts noticing what has been neatly erased.

A short, dense detective story told through documents, margins and redactions. Cross-reference, annotate and decide which truths are worth filing. Around five hours, no combat, plenty of ink.

Foxglove Line

Run a tiny countryside railway, one hand-laid switch at a time, and keep every village connected before the last train.

Bite-sized routing puzzles that grow into a living timetable. Designed for a five-minute commute or a long Sunday. Playtest sign-ups open soon — write to us if you want in.

The studio

We are a small team that likes clear rules, good sentences and games that know exactly what they are.

Teal Fox Studio is an independent developer working across PC and mobile. We make the kind of games we want to play on a weeknight: thoughtful systems, careful writing, and interfaces that get out of the way.

We keep the team small on purpose. It means every screen gets a second look, every line of dialogue gets read aloud, and every game ships finished.
